TOP DEAL IN MAGDEBURG.

The biggest deal of the year was the sale of the City Carré in Magdeburg's prime city centre location. Aengevelt brokered the sale of the unique city ensemble for a three-digit million euro amount to Volksbank Braunschweig-Wolfsburg (BraWo), which thus concluded its largest deal to date, and is continuously successful in letting the commercial rental space.
