Privacy policy:
- Who is responsible for data processing? (Art. 13 para. 1 a, b GDPR)
- Thank you for visiting a Facebook or Instagram profile (hereinafter "fan page") of Aengevelt Immobilien GmbH & Co KG (hereinafter "we"), Kennedydamm 55 / Ross-Straße, 40476 Düsseldorf, kontakt@aengevelt.com, registered in the commercial register of the Düsseldorf Local Court under no. HRA 1113. You can also find the contact details in the legal notice at https://www.aengevelt.com/impressum/. We inform you below about the collection, processing and use of your data.
Since the ruling of the European Court of Justice on June 5, 2018, every fan page operator is a joint controller with Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (hereinafter "Meta") for the processing of personal data on the fan page. The Page Insights Addendum created by Meta clearly regulates the distribution of obligations in the handling of personal data by the operator and Meta. The creation of a fan page automatically creates a joint controllership agreement pursuant to Art. 26 GDPR between the fan page operator and Meta. Meta assumes primary responsibility under the GDPR for the processing of Insights data, while the processing of all other personal data on this fan page is the responsibility of the operator. The main establishment for the processing of Insights data is Meta in the EU, while the Irish Data Protection Commission is the lead supervisory authority for this processing.
We may need to update this Data Policy from time to time. We therefore recommend that you check it regularly for updates. - Collection, processing and use of personal data
The functions that Meta makes available to you on our fan pages give you the opportunity, for example, to comment on posts, create posts yourself or send us private messages. All personal information that we receive from you in this context (user name, images and, for example, information about your contact details) will be used by us exclusively for the purpose of communicating with customers and interests and to protect our legitimate interest (Art. 6 para. 1 f GDPR). Our interest is to inform you about current developments in our company through our fan page and to respond to your concerns in this regard as quickly as possible.
In addition to the processing that takes place as part of the basic functions of the fan page, we also receive data (e.g. page views, number of subscribers, or demographic data on age and gender) for statistical purposes, which is collected and processed by Meta as part of the Insights function. This data is anonymized, which means that we can no longer draw conclusions about individual persons within the evaluation. For the Insights tracking carried out by Meta on our fan pages, Meta obtains your consent via an opt-in banner in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 a GDPR. - As the operator of this fan page, we do not make any decision regarding the processing of Insights data and all other information resulting from Art. 13 GDPR, including the legal basis, identity of the controller and storage duration of cookies on user devices. We therefore have no influence on what data Meta collects and for what purpose Meta also uses the data.
- All further information on the processing of personal data can be found in Meta's Privacy Center at https://www.facebook.com/privacy/center/ or https://privacycenter.instagram.com/.
- Your personal data will, as far as possible, be deleted when the fan page operation is discontinued.

KG within the scope of the fan page provision. Meta also fulfills all obligations under the GDPR (including Articles 12 and 13 GDPR, Articles 15 to 22 GDPR and Articles 32 to 34 GDPR) with regard to the processing of Insights data.
