Sometimes a vision is needed to further advance one's own market significance and presence. In the late 1980s, Aengevelt developed the idea of a real estate partnership that is now well established as the DIP association. This is a collaborative association of real estate partners, all of whom are among the best and established market players in their respective regions. It allows them to form a national platform that can offer existing and potential customers a comprehensive package of joint services and topics, that can hardly be found elsewhere on the market. Since 2018, Aengevelt has been a member of the global real estate network CORFAC International, consisting of 75 privately managed real estate service providers. They are active in the USA, Canada, Australia, Colombia, France, Germany, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Mexico, Romania, Russia, South Africa, South Korea, Switzerland and the UK, amongst others. In 2022, they brokered more than 10,000 rental and sales transactions with a total area of approximately 5.25 million sqm and a value of over 9 billion US dollars. As a member of this group, Aengevelt can continue to expand its international market share that has consistently been accounting for about a third of fee turnover for years.
